HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE SME HIGH FLYER PROGRAMME:

To become eligible for the SME High Flyer Programme, Small and Medium Enterprises
(SMEs) must complete the following steps:

Registration: Click ‘Sign Up’ in the ‘SME Log In’ section above and fill out the required details.

Validation: Registration requests are subject to SpiceJet's discretion. Once validated, SMEs will be notified within 96 hours, provided all submitted forms and documents are complete.

Approval: Upon approval, a welcome email will be sent to the SME, containing login credentials and account details.

    The SME High Flyer Programme is an exclusive platform designed to simplify air travel for Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs). It provides SMEs with significant discounts on airfares and add-ons, helping them save on travel costs throughout the year. The programme also includes access to detailed reports, enabling businesses to track and manage their travel expenses efficiently.
  2. What are SME Fares?
    SME Fares are special discounted airfares exclusively available to registered SMEs through their SME High Flyer account. These fares can only be booked once the enterprise has been approved for the programme.
  3. What are the benefits of the SME High Flyer Programme?
    The SME High Flyer Programme offers a wide range of benefits, including:

  4. Are multiple changes allowed on bookings made through the SME Login?
    Yes, multiple changes can be made to bookings made through the SME Login. A change fee of ₹499 for domestic flights and ₹999 for international flights will apply, in addition to any airfare difference that may arise from the new booking details.
  5. Are meals included in SME bookings?
    Meals and beverages are not included in SME bookings but are available for prebooking. You can choose from a variety of options, including hot meals and sandwiches, which can be selected at the time of booking. Please note that these are chargeable, and the cost will be added to your booking. Special dietary meals, such as diabetic meals, low-calorie salads, and fruit platters, as well as meals suited to religious requirements, including Jain meals and Navratra meals, are also available for prebooking.
  6. Are there any blackout periods under the SME High Flyer Programme?
    No, the SME High Flyer Programme does not have any blackout periods, so you can enjoy discounts year-round without restrictions.
  7. Can I use the SME High Flyer Programme for booking personal travel?
    The SME High Flyer Programme is exclusively for business-related travel. Personal bookings made under the SME account are not eligible for the programme’s discounts and benefits.
  8. How can I register for the SME High Flyer Programme?

    Bookings made through the SME High Flyer Programme are cancellable, subject to specific fees. The charges are as follows:

    Domestic Bookings ₹4,250/- ₹3,150/-
    Dubai ₹6,350/- ₹5,350/-
    Jeddah & Riyadh ₹6,950/- ₹5,850/-
    Bangkok & Phuket ₹6,950/- ₹5,850/-
    Note: Flight changes and cancellations are permitted up to 2 hours before the scheduled departure time for domestic flights, and up to 4 hours for international flights. A facilitation fee of ₹250 per passenger will apply for modifications requested through Reservations or Airport Ticketing Counters.

  11. Is there a limit on the number of bookings I can make through the SME High Flyer Programme?
    There is no limit to the number of bookings you can make through the SME High Flyer Programme. As long as you are a registered member, you can make bookings for your business travel needs.
  1. Discounted Airfare & Change Fees: The discounted airfare and reduced change fees of ₹499 for domestic and ₹999 for international flights are only applicable to confirmed bookings made after logging in to the SME High Flyer Program platform. The SME High Flyer is a self-booking tool, and SMEs must book through SpiceJet’s SME High Flyer platform to avail the benefits.
  2. Booking Modifications and Cancellations:
    • Change Fees: SME travellers are eligible for discounted change fees as follows:
      • Domestic flights: ₹499
      • International flights: ₹999
    • Bookings made through the SME High Flyer Programme are cancellable, subject to specific fees. The charges are as follows:

  4. Availability & Inventory:
    • Limited inventory is available under this offer, and seats are subject to availability.
    • Special discounted fares are available only on direct and via flights.
  5. Right to Modify/Withdraw: SpiceJet reserves the right to modify, amend, or withdraw the terms and conditions of the SME High Flyer Program at any time without prior notice or assigning any reason.
