SME High Flyer is an offer driven exclusive program designed to facilitate Small & Medium Enterprises to book and manage their air travel seamlessly. This program provides exciting discounts on Fares and Add-ons, thus helping the SMEs to save on their travel expenses all throughout the year. It also provides comprehensive reports to track and manage the travel expenses.

SME Fares are special discounted fares that are exclusively available under the SME Login that can be booked by the approved enterprises.

Yes, multiple changes can be made to the flights booked under the SME login, and no fee would be charged, however, fare difference would be charged as applicable on such change request(s).

SME High Flyer Program

Registration Process

  1. In order to become eligible under this Program, the SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) must register itself under the SME High Flyer Program by completing the registration form and submitting all the necessary documents at https://sme.spicejet.com ("Website").
  2. Registration under this program is at the discretion of SpiceJet. Once validated, the same shall be communicated to the SME Customer within ninety six (96) hours of receipt of the request, subject to the form and documents being complete in all respects.
  3. Upon approval of the registration request, SME Customer shall receive a welcome email with all the account details such as Login ID and password.

Introductory Offers, for bookings and services purchased till ‘30th September 2021’:

  1. Zero Convenience fee for flight bookings made under the SME Login.
  2. 20% discount on SpiceMax and Preferred seats
  3. 50% discount on You1st.

Program Benefits

The understated benefits will only be applicable for the confirmed bookings which have been made after logging in to the SME High Flyer platform

  4. 50% waiver on Cancelation Fee

SME T&Cs

  1. SME High Flyer is a self-booking tool and SME has to book on SpiceJet’s SME High Flyer platform to avail benefits.
  2. Passengers will be given an option to choose between a Vegetarian and a Non-vegetarian sandwich during the booking flow.
  3. Complimentary beverage will be offered from the on-board available choices.
  4. Bookings made under the SME High Flyer Program are changeable and cancellable.
  5. SME Travellers are eligible for full waiver of change fee. Changes in flight can be made by paying the applicable difference amount in fare.
  6. SME traveller are eligible for a 50% waiver on the cancelation fee. The applicable cancellation fee is as follows:
    1. For Domestic Bookings which are:
      1. Cancelled within 96 hours from the scheduled departure time, is INR 1,750 per person per sector
      2. Cancelled beyond 96 hours from the scheduled departure time, is INR 1,500 per person per sector
    2. International Bookings which are:
      1. Cancelled within 96 hours from the scheduled departure time , is INR 2,500 per person per sector
      2. Cancelled beyond 96 hours from the scheduled departure time, is INR 2,250 per person per sector
  7. NOTE: Flight Changes / Cancellations are permitted maximum up to 2 hours (Domestic) and up to 4 hours (International) prior to the scheduled departure time. Facilitation fees of INR 250 shall be applicable for modifications requested through Reservations or Airport Ticketing Counters.

  8. Limited inventory is available under this offer and seats are subject to availability.
  9. Special discounted fares are available only on Direct and Via Flights.
  10. SpiceJet reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of SpiceJet SME High Flyer Program and or withdraw the same at any time without giving any prior notice and/or assigning any reason.
  11. In addition to these terms and conditions, the general terms of carriage available at http://www.spicejet.com/Tnc.aspx shall also be applicable.

General Terms and Conditions:

  1. SpiceJet reserves the right to modify, alter, amend and/or change any and/or all of the terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice. SpiceJet also reserves the right to withdraw and/or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice.
  2. In the event of any misuse and/or abuse of the respective offer by the customer(s) or travel agent(s) (as applicable), SpiceJet reserves the right to deny the offer and/ or cancel the relevant booking(s).
  3. The maximum liability of SpiceJet in any event for any valid claim arising out of the respective offer is limited to the amount paid by the customer under and in respect of the said offer/ booking.
  4. For any mobile wallet related claims, the customer is required to contact the concerned mobile wallet company. SpiceJet will not entertain any claims related thereto.
  5. For any credit/ debit card and net banking related claims, the customer should contact their respective banks. SpiceJet will not entertain any claims related thereto.
  6. Any person availing the offer is deemed to have accepted all the applicable terms and conditions.
  7. All other applicable terms, including the Terms of Carriage, as available at http://www.spicejet.com shall apply.
  8. Any disputes arising out of respective Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated at New Delhi, India.
